Meet the Team

We take pride in our diverse, Christian staff. Each of our employees is screened with an FBI and BCII fingerprints background check. These prints are then submitted to ODJFS for several more checks against offender’s lists before an employee may be in the center.  A thorough medical exam and references are checked before the staff come on board. We have many staff with ten or more years of service with Agape and the reason is we are a family and we do everything as unto Christ. Because of Agape Children's Center Step Up to Quality rating we are able to offer our staff scholarships to continue their education in Early Childhood. If the staff choose the option of attaining and sustaining a CDA (Child Development Associate) there are scholarships for this as well. One visit to Agape Children's Center will confirm there is no other work environment like this anywhere!
